Grassroots organizations are the heart of the Democratic Party and are instrumental in volunteer recruitment and organizing. They serve as the fuel for various levels of the Democratic Party, which builds the infrastructure to support these grassroots organizations. Supporting volunteer recruitment and the work driven by the organizations such as Swing Left (focused on key House and Senate races), Commit to Flip Blue (focused on key House races and vote protection) and Sister District (focused on state legislatures) is critical.
